RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns or exchanges are permitted solely for items sent in error or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 working days of receiving the order. Each request will be reviewed, and a return or exchange will be granted at our discretion.
Criteria for Returning an Item:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Items purchased at a discount or during seasonal sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once; multiple requests for the same order will not be processed.
Exceptions to the No Refunds Policy
While our general policy is that all sales are final, certain exceptions exist. The following situations may qualify for a refund:

Sold-Out Products: If an item is sold out, a refund will be processed within 3 working days following notification.

Pre-Order Product Issues: If a pre-order product is not delivered as promised or is significantly different from what was advertised, the customer may contact us for resolution options.
